The (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is a gas, boilerless combi oven built for K-12 foodservice. It comes with accessories and a US cookbook, so it is ready to use in a school kitchen.

This oven holds either (6) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans.
