Product Overview
The Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a pass-thru convection oven with AquaTemp™ technology. Its stainless steel interior and exterior make it a durable addition to a commercial kitchen.
Controls and Programming
Deluxe LED oven controls offer 18 programmable menu options. Food probe cooking is also available, and a 6" probe is included.
Capacity and Configuration
The oven holds (12) sets of universal angles, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. It comes with (6) chrome plated wire grids.
Construction and Sanitation
The oven has a stainless steel interior and exterior. Anti-microbial latches are included.
Mobility
Four heavy duty 5" swivel casters let you move the oven, and two of them have brakes.
