Interior Capacity and Adjustability
The interior includes (9) sets of chrome plated wire universal angle slides on 4-1/2" centers. The slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, so you can arrange the cabinet for different pan or tray configurations.
Mobility
The cabinet has (4) heavy duty 5" swivel casters, (2) of which are braked. This allows it to be moved easily and secured in place when needed.
Construction
Both the exterior and interior are stainless steel. The recessed push/pull handles and magnetic latch are part of the door design, and the anti-microbial latches add to its sanitary features.
Controls and Display
A solid state electronic control and LED digital display let operators monitor and manage the cabinet's settings.
