Product Overview
The Hotcube¹™ Mobile Heated Cabinet is a gas-powered, outdoor-ready, insulated 3/4 height cabinet for transporting and holding food. It has a stainless steel interior and an aluminum exterior.
Capacity and Pan Compatibility
The cabinet has (11) sets of chrome plated wire transport universal angles. They accommodate pan sizes on adjustable 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet holds up to:
- (22) 12" x 20" steam table pans, or
- (11) 18" x 26" sheet pans
