The Delfield DIS-1013-ET is a self-leveling plate warmer designed for high-volume food service operations like cafeterias, buffets, and tray-make lines. The drop-in unit fits a 12-7/8" counter cut-out and uses a single dispensing tube to maintain a gentle, even 120-140°F heat across a 9.12"–10.12" plate stack.
