Product Description

The N8643P is a versatile 43-inch countertop unit that can serve as both a hot and cold food station. With its self-contained R290 refrigeration system, this unit can quickly chill three full-size (12" x 20") pans to keep food at the perfect temperature. The simple switch between hot and cold modes makes it easy to transition between holding hot and cold menu items, optimizing your counter space and workflow.

  • The pre-installed push-in perimeter gasket allows for simple, drop-and-go installation.
  • Adaptor bars are included so you can use a variety of 1/3, 1/6, or other fractional pan sizes without extra hardware.
  • The unit ships with a stainless steel louver for condenser air intake and exhaust.

How It Works:

  • The unit has a "Cold Mode" that uses a high-efficiency refrigeration system with the R290 refrigerant to keep the food well chilled. An electronic controller, factory-mounted near the compressor, maintains the safe food temperatures.
  • The unit also has a "Hot Mode" that uses stainless steel immersion heaters to warm the water in the food well. It has a built-in high-limit safety switch that prevents the water from overheating. If the switch is triggered, it will light up a warning indicator on the control panel.
