Product Overview

This refrigerated drop-in cold food pan keeps food cold in a built-in food service setup. It has a 3/4" top recess and N7 designation. Its 300 series stainless steel top has an overhang and locking tabs, and its steel exterior housing completes the unit.

Capacity

The unit accommodates (3) 12" x 20" pans, each up to 6" deep.

The unit has a touchscreen control. A mechanical control is available as an option; see the configuration options.
