Hot Food Wells
This unit has five 12" x 20" sealed hot food wells. Each well has its own drain with a valve. Infinite controls let you adjust the heat settings.
Construction and Design
The unit has a stainless steel top and a stainless steel open base with an undershelf. A 1/2" thick x 7" wide poly carving board is on the operator's side.
Portability
The unit rolls on 5" casters. It comes with a 6' cord and plug.
