Featuring stainless steel construction and programmable color touch-screen controls, this unit provides reliable temperature holding for buffet and cafeteria service. The easy-to-use 120V/60Hz plug-in design (2.8A, NEMA 5-15P) is made to be installed alongside DUKE BG/BGA series food guards.
