Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Cold Food Unit is a mobile cold food unit measuring 46"W x 32"D x 36"H. It has a 16ga stainless steel top and an NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical cold pan.

Construction

The unit features a 16ga stainless steel top and a stainless steel mechanical cold pan that meets NSF 7. The body and undershelf are made of paint grip steel. A hinged paint grip steel louvered grill is included.

Cold Pan & Drainage

The cold pan is 8" deep and has a 42-1/2" x 21-3/4" liner. A 1" drain line and valve are included.

Controls

The unit comes with touchscreen control. For optional mechanical control, see configuration options.

Mobility

The unit is equipped with 5" dia. swivel casters and brakes.
