Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Cold Food Unit is a mobile unit measuring 74"W x 32"D x 36"H. It has a stainless steel body and a 16ga stainless steel top. It is designed for cold food holding and can be moved where it is needed.

Cold Pan and Cooling Features

  • NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical cold pan
  • 8" deep cold pan
  • 70-1/2" x 21-3/4" liner
  • 1" drain line and valve

Controls

The unit comes with a touchscreen control. A mechanical control is available as an option (see configuration options).
