Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Cold Food Unit is a mobile cold food unit measuring 88"W x 32"D x 36"H. It has a 16ga stainless steel top and an NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical cold pan.

Construction

The unit features a 16ga stainless steel top, with a paint grip steel body and undershelf. A hinged paint grip steel louvered grill is included.

Cold Pan & Drainage

The NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical cold pan is 8" deep and has an 84-1/2" x 21-3/4" liner. A 1" drain line and valve are included.

Controls

This unit comes with touchscreen control. For optional mechanical control, see configuration options.

Mobility

The unit is equipped with 5" dia. swivel casters and brakes.
