Construction and Durability
The unit has a 16ga stainless steel top. The stainless steel undershelf gives you additional space below the wells.
Hot Food Wells and Drainage
Three sealed hot food wells provide dedicated space for hot food. A 1" drain line and valve are included to help with drainage.
Mobility
The unit rolls on 5" swivel casters, and the brakes hold it in place once it is positioned.
Power
The unit comes with a 6 ft cord and plug.
