Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Mobile Hot Food Unit keeps prepared food at serving temperature with four sealed hot food wells. It replaces model E304-25PG. The flat front has no dish rail or plate shelf.

Construction

The unit has a 16ga stainless steel top. The body and undershelf are paint grip steel.

Mobility

The unit rolls on 5" swivel casters. The casters have brakes so the unit can be locked in place.

Controls and Drainage

Infinite controls adjust the heat. A 1" drain line and valve are included for the wells.

Power

The unit includes a 6 ft cord and plug.
