Product Overview

The Aerohot Steamtable Wet Bath Unit is a gas-powered, 72-3/8"W steam table with a five-pan-size open water bath. It is built for foodservice operations that need to hold food at serving temperature.

Heating Performance and Controls

This unit has one 27,000 BTU burner that heats the open water bath. An adjustable gas valve control lets operators set the heat level. A safety pilot is also included.

Construction and Design

The unit has a stainless steel top and a stainless steel open base with an undershelf for storage. It stands on legs and feet. The top includes a 1/2" thick x 7" wide poly carving board.

Drainage

A 1" drain with valve is included for draining the water bath.
