This charbroiler features three infinite temperature controls which heat different sections of the cooking surface to prepare different foods simultaneously, or allow you to use only one or two during non-peak hours for energy-efficiency. Controls are protected from drips and splashes by a recessed construction while an easily accessible grease drawer is concealed behind the lower hinged panel. A grate lift handle makes removing the grate for cleaning a breeze. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
