Product Overview

The Signature Griddle is a heavy-duty, gas-powered countertop griddle from Garland. It has a 70-7/8" W x 23" D cooking surface and is rated at 162,000 BTU.

Cooking Surface

The cooking surface is a 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate. A 4" deep front grease trough sits along the front of the griddle.

Controls and Ignition

The griddle has manual hi-lo controls. Piezo pilot igniters are included for ignition.

Construction and Design

The front, sides, and back are stainless steel. The unit sits on 4" adjustable feet and is designed for countertop use.
