It features 2 burners, each rated at 26,000 BTU/h for ample cooking power. Each burner is controlled with an independent and adjustable knob, and each pilot is protected from accidental spills to ensure longevity. To ensure longevity in commercial kitchens, the range's front, back, and sides are stainless steel, as is the 4" deep front rail. A large crumb tray, also stainless steel, helps collect crumbs and other food debris during use, making the unit easy to clean at the end of the day. Plus, the cast iron grates are split, easy to handle and also easy to clean. This particular countertop range is compact and great for operations with limited space. It sits on a set of 4" adjustable, stainless steel legs, too, so wiping down the counter is as fast and easy as ever. The unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
