The Flav-R-Savor® Humidified Holding Cabinet is built to hold prepared food in a humidified environment. It has a pass-thru design and four Dutch doors, so it can be accessed from both sides. The cabinet is made in the USA.

Access and Door Design

The cabinet has four Dutch doors in a pass-thru configuration, which allows access from either side.

Interior Capacity and Adjustability

The interior includes 17 pair of universal slides. They are spaced 3" OC and can be adjusted on 1-1/2" OC, so the interior can be arranged for different needs.

Construction and Mobility

The cabinet is made of stainless steel. It rolls on four 5" swivel casters: two swivel casters with wheel locks and two rigid casters.
