Temperature and Humidity Control
Thermostatically-controlled heat and a digital temperature readout let you monitor and manage the cabinet's conditions. Both humidity and temperature are adjustable, so you can set the environment to suit the food you are holding. The built-in water reservoir supports humidity in the cabinet.
Insulated Design
The insulated cabinet helps keep heat contained. A single door gives access to the interior.
Flexible Interior Storage
The cabinet has (7) adjustable, removable slides. You can arrange the interior to fit different pan and product configurations, and you can remove the slides when needed.
