Temperature & Humidity Control
The digital temperature readout lets you monitor the cabinet's temperature. Both humidity and temperature are adjustable, so you can set conditions to suit the food you are holding. The water reservoir and thermostatically-controlled heat support this control.
Flexible Pan Capacity
The cabinet includes (7) adjustable, removable slides. They accommodate 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans and are spaced on 1-1/2" centers.
Mobility
Large swivel casters with wheel locks let you move the cabinet and then hold it in place when it is positioned.
