Designed to mount into your countertop at your buffet line, self-serve station, or pass through area, this 30" shelf warmer features a blanket-type heating element with a thermostatically-controlled heated base and fiberglass insulation for uniform heating properties and extended food holding times. The bottom mount with bracket mounting hardware gives a true flush mount on your countertop, which helps prevent crumbs, spills, and bacteria from collecting in any cracks. The hardcoat aluminum top provides greatly improved wear and corrosion resistance, and provides superior heat distribution. For flexible installation, the compact remote control enclosure can be mounted up to 3' away from the unit. The control features an adjustable thermostat, and because it can be mounted in a different location, customers won't accidentally bump the controls as they pass through the line. An illuminated on/off switch provides additional convenience during your busiest hours. Mounting brackets are included. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection. This product is recommended for use in a metallic countertop, for other surfaces verify material is suited for temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
