The Evolution Elite® Open Fryer is an electric fryer with one well and a 30 lb. capacity per full vat. It is built with stainless steel construction and includes advanced oil management and control features.

Oil Management

The Oil Guardian™ automatic oil top off helps keep oil levels maintained. The Smart Filter Express™ oil filtration system comes with (2) filter pads and a Filter Beacon®.

iControl™ offers (10) programmable cook cycles, and the LED display makes it easy to monitor cooking.

Construction and Mobility

The fryer is made of stainless steel. It includes supports and (4) swivel casters, (2) of which lock, so the unit can be moved and secured in place.
