The Evolution Elite® Open Fryer is an electric fryer with three wells, each offering a 30 lb. capacity per full vat. It is built with stainless steel construction and includes supports.

The Oil Guardian™ automatic oil top off helps manage oil levels. The Smart Filter Express™ oil filtration system comes with (2) filter pads and a Filter Beacon®.

Mobility

This fryer is equipped with (4) swivel casters, (2) of which are locking.
