The FlexFusion™ Platinum Combi-Smoker Oven Series 2, Generation 2 is an electric combi-smoker oven built with stainless steel construction. It combines versatile cooking capabilities with smart controls and a built-in smoking function.

Capacity and Racking

This unit offers flexible racking for a range of pan types. Choose from any of the following configurations:

• (10) 18x26 sheet pans
• (20) 12x20x2.5" hotel pans
• (10) FlexiRack pans on wire shelf
