The FlexFusion™ Platinum Combi-Smoker Oven Series-2 - Generation 2 is an electric combi-smoker oven with stainless steel construction. It is Wi-Fi capable and designed to be stackable with 615/621 sized units.

This oven has racking for (6) 2/1 GN rack sized pans or full sheet pans. Wire shelves are sold separately.
