The FlexFusion Space Saver Plus Combi-Steamer Oven - Generation 2 is an electric, boilerless combi-steamer oven built from two compact units. Together they hold twelve 1/1 GN pans. Stainless steel construction and four legs make up the frame.

Controls and Programming

Touch screen controls run the oven. The memory holds 350 cooking programs, and each program can have up to 20 steps. A core temperature probe is included. A USB port is provided, and the oven is Wi-Fi capable.

Cooking Performance

A 5-speed auto reversible fan circulates air in the cooking chamber. LED lighting lights up the interior.

Cleaning

The WaveClean™ self-cleaning system handles cleaning of the oven.

Door Design

The door is right-hinged and has a 1-stage handle.
