Construction and Design
This fryer is built with stainless steel construction and features a rectangular fry pot. A basket support is included in each vat.
Oil Filtration
The fryer includes a filter drain pan and a stainless steel Max oil filtration system. It also comes with 2 PHT filter envelopes.
Mobility
The fryer is fitted with 4" swiveling casters, 2 of which lock.
Energy Efficiency
The OFE-321 is ENERGY STAR® certified.
