Controls and Connectivity

The 7" LCD touchscreen is the main interface for operating the fryer. The unit can store up to 99 cooking programs. Integrated HennyLink connectivity hardware and software is included.

Filtration

The built-in filter system is part of the fryer, so a separate filtration unit is not needed.

Construction and Mobility

The fryer is made of stainless steel. It rests on (4) casters, 2 of which are locking, so the unit can be moved and then held in place.
