Performance and Controls

The 3.75 kW wafer plate elements heat the cooking surface. Thermostatic controls let you adjust the heat, up to a maximum temperature of 650°.

Construction

The front, top, and sides are stainless steel. A 5" landing ledge gives you space at the front of the unit. The 4" legs raise the unit off the countertop.
