The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-36BR-C natural gas 36" radiant broiler range with a convection oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! It offers a powerful broiler top and a convenient convection oven base to make the most of every square inch of space. This range features a radiant broiler top so you can grill burgers, fish, meat, vegetables, and other tasty meals. Individually-controlled 20,000 BTU stainless steel burners are spaced at 6" intervals across the cooking surface so you can create different cooking zones based on the foods you want to cook. The cast iron radiants are removable for cleaning and help to prevent clogging while diffusing heat for even cooking. The top grates create delicious char marks on food and are designed in 3" x 22" sections that can be removed for easy cleaning. The grates can be slanted to help provide additional control over cooking temperatures. The full width grease gutter and removable drip pan help to capture grease for simple disposal at the end of the day. This unit also features a 26 1/2" convection oven base with three chrome oven racks, for all your baking and warming needs. The oven has a 30,000 BTU output and is operated by a three-position switch. The ignition system is electric for quick and easy heating, and features a convenient countdown timer. A 1/2 hp blower motor allows the oven to cook products efficiently and evenly while reducing shrinkage, ensuring your food will be cooked to perfection. The fan is also designed to shut off automatically when the oven door is opened, for added safety when loading and unloading food. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning and enhanced heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in this oven in a left-to-right position. Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. Since this unit comes with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, it can accommodate uneven floors. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
