Crafted with a 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top, it offers the warmth and functionality of an edge-grain maple baker's surface. The sturdy stainless steel base provides strength and sanitation, meeting NSF standards. With a generous 72" length, the DSB03 offers ample space for rolling dough, plating dishes, and food preparation, while the 4" coved riser helps contain ingredients and protect surrounding walls.
