The product is NSF-listed, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
Key Features:
- The work surface is 84 inches wide and 24 inches deep, providing plenty of space for large sheet pans and mixers.
- The top is made of 1 3/4 inch edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is renowned for its strength and suitability for use with knives.
- The top is factory-sealed with a food-safe penetrating oil, making it ready for immediate use and easy to maintain and refinish.
- The 4-inch coved riser on the back and both ends keeps flour, dough, and utensils from sliding off the table.
- The heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless-steel legs have six-leg support (for tables 7 feet or longer) and adjustable side and rear bracing for added stability.
- The 1-inch stainless-steel bullet feet can be adjusted to level the table on uneven floors.
