Product Description

This heavy-duty work table is crafted with 1-3/4 inch thick Northern hard rock maple, delivering a durable and forgiving surface for high-volume baking and food preparation. The stainless steel base and legs provide industrial-strength support, while the 4-inch coved backsplash on three sides helps contain ingredients and tools. Certified by NSF International, this 9-foot table is an ideal choice for commercial bakeries, pastry kitchens, and foodservice operations. John Boos offers this series in a range of sizes from 48 to 120 inches long, and depths of 24, 30, or 36 inches, so you can find the perfect fit for your space.

Features:

  • The table has a massive 108-inch (9-foot) wide and 24-inch deep edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top.
  • The food-safe penetrating oil finish enhances the grain and is easy to recondition.
  • The 4-inch high coved riser on the back and both ends prevents spills and protects the walls.
  • The 1-3/4-inch thick maple top absorbs impact and is gentle on knives and bakeware.
  • The 16-gauge stainless steel legs have six-leg support for spans up to 7 feet.
  • The side and rear adjustable bracing (1-1/4-inch O.D., 18-gauge stainless) provides rock-steady rigidity.
  • The 1-inch adjustable stainless bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
  • The table ships knocked-down (KD) to save on freight and assembles in minutes with basic tools.
  • The table is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) listed when maintained with the oil finish.

  • Regularly re-oil the maple top using Boos Block® Mystery Oil or Board Cream.
  • Hand wash the item only. Do not soak it or use harsh chemicals.
  • Clean the stainless steel frame using non-chloride cleaners and soft cloths. Avoid using steel wool.
  • If the item has a factory Varnique finish, treat it like a fine furniture surface and do not cut directly on it.
