The John Boos DSB14A is a professional-grade work surface trusted by bakers and chefs since 1887. Featuring a 1-¾" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top and a heavy-duty stainless steel base, this extra-long 9 ft. workstation delivers unbeatable durability, food-safe performance, and timeless Boos craftsmanship. To maintain the maple top, re-oil it every 3–4 weeks with John Boos Mystery Oil or an equivalent product. Clean the stainless steel components using non-chloride cleaners and avoid steel wool or harsh abrasives. Promptly wipe up any spills to prevent moisture damage and keep the protective stainless film intact.
