Product Description

The John Boos GMT011 Breaking Table is designed for demanding commercial settings like butcher shops, grocery stores, and commissaries. It features a 1-1/2 inch high-density polyethylene top and a sturdy stainless steel base that is fully welded for maximum stability. This workstation is NSF listed, ensuring it meets sanitation standards for safe food preparation. The convenient height allows for comfortable work, and the durable construction simplifies cleanup.

Key Features & Benefits:

  • The table top is 1-1/2" thick, made from two reversible high-density polyethylene (HDPE) slabs that are 3/4" each. This design meets the NSF sectioning requirements.
  • The poly top is secured by welded stainless steel clips, yet it can be removed in seconds for deep cleaning or replacement.
  • The table frame is fully TIG-welded with Type 300 stainless steel, has a #4 satin polish, and resists corrosion for easy cleaning.
  • The 1-5/8" diameter, 16 gauge stainless steel legs have adjustable cross bracing on all four sides, preventing any wobble even under heavy loads.
  • The 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
  • The table is shipped pre-assembled and ready for immediate use right out of the crate.
  • The table is NSF certified for food-contact safety.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Take off the poly tops to clean them thoroughly. Wash them with mild soap and hot water, then sanitize them according to local regulations.
  • For the stainless steel components, wipe them down daily with a soft cloth or sponge and a non-chloride cleaning solution.
  • Rinse and dry the surfaces promptly. Standing moisture and chlorides can damage the protective coating.
