Capacity and Flow Rate
The interceptor holds up to 8 lb. of grease and supports a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute.
Connections and Installation
The unit has a 2" inlet and outlet with no-hub connections. A T-Vent is included. The integral trap and vented inlet flow control device are built into the unit.
Design and Construction
The interceptor is made from 1/8" thick carbon steel. It features a no-skid cover for added stability and an easy removable cover for access. The removable baffle is also part of the design.
