This heavy-duty John Boos "M" Series cutting table is designed for the demands of commercial kitchens, butcher shops, and commissaries. The work surface features a sanitary, reversible high-density polyethylene top that can be removed for deep cleaning. The sturdy, galvanized steel base provides rock-solid stability, with adjustable bracing and bullet feet to level the table on any floor. Care & Cleaning:
- Wash the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) surface using mild soap and hot water. Alternatively, you can run it through a commercial dishwasher.
- Disinfect the surface by using a sanitizing solution that is approved for food-contact surfaces.
- Avoid exposing the HDPE to open flame or cutting torches, as it has a maximum continuous service temperature of 180 °F (82 °C).
