Product Description

The John Boos M-1 Cutting Table is designed for high-volume prep lines, butcher shops, and institutional kitchens. It features a reversible HDPE work surface, a rugged galvanized under-structure, and a removable 6-inch stainless steel backsplash. This combination provides exceptional sanitation, durability, and value.

Key Advantages:

  • The 3/4-inch thick high-density polyethylene work surface is reversible and removable for easy cleaning.
  • The 6-inch high type 300 stainless steel backsplash has a #4 satin finish and can be easily removed for thorough sanitation.
  • The heavy-duty galvanized steel legs (1-5/8 inch diameter, 16 gauge) have adjustable bullet feet to ensure a level stance.
  • The side and rear bracing (1-1/4 inch diameter, 18 gauge) can be adjusted to the desired height, providing rock-solid stability.
  • The MIG-welded frame features welded top clips that securely lock the polyethylene board in place.
  • The unit ships knocked down (KD) and can be assembled in minutes using basic tools.

Care & Cleaning Tips:

  • Take off the plastic top and wash it with a mild soap. Rinse it and let it air-dry before putting it back on.

  • Do not use chlorine bleach or abrasive pads, as they can damage the corrosion-resistant finish.
