The NSF-listed John Boos SBS-S10 stainless steel frame provides a sturdy, dependable foundation for your bakery or commercial kitchen. It pairs seamlessly with any 84" × 48" John Boos butcher-block top (1 ¾" or 2 ¼" thick), creating a durable baker's table that can withstand the rigors of rolling dough, decorating cakes, and preparing large batches. The final work height is determined by the thickness of the wood top you select.

Stainless Steel Care:
- Clean your stainless steel daily using a mild, non-chloride detergent and a soft cloth or sponge.
- Avoid using steel wool, wire brushes, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the protective layer on the steel.
- For tough stains or surface corrosion, use Bar Keepers Friend followed by a stainless steel polish.
- Always wipe and polish in the direction of the steel's grain, not against it.
