The John Boos SNB06 Work Table offers a generous 10-foot expanse of hard rock maple, providing ample space for food preparation. The 1-3/4 inch edge-grain top delivers exceptional durability, while the professional-grade stainless steel base ensures a sturdy, NSF-listed prep station built to withstand the demands of busy kitchens. Dimensions are approximate, with a tolerance of ±0.5 inches, and the natural variations in wood color and grain are part of the table's character.

Care & maintenance:
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple top monthly to keep it conditioned. After oiling, use Boos Block® Board Cream to seal the surface.
- Clean the stainless steel components with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive pads, as they can damage the surface.
- Wipe up spills right away. Both the wood and steel work best when kept dry and free from debris.
