2-1/4" edge-grain Hard Rock Maple work surface paired with a Type 300 stainless steel base, making this John Boos work table a durable, food-safe station for chefs, bakers, and food-service professionals. Handcrafted in Effingham, Illinois, the premium butcher-block surface and rugged stainless steel frame provide a rock-solid platform that looks great and performs well. For best results, always wipe along the grain and polish lines.

Care & maintenance:
