Product Description
Built to withstand the demands of commercial kitchens, this work table from John Boos is also stylish enough for the serious home chef. It features a 2-1/4" thick edge-grain northern hard rock maple surface, providing a durable and reliable food preparation area. The sturdy stainless steel base and shelf offer rugged support, while also meeting NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards for safe use in food service environments.
Features:
- The work surface is 72 inches wide and 30 inches deep, with a counter-height profile of 35-3/4 inches.
- The flat top is made of 2-1/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, called "BKSC," with a penetrating, food-safe oil finish that enhances the grain and resists moisture.
- The table has 16-gauge, 1-5/8 inch diameter tubular stainless steel legs with a #4 satin polish.
- The 18-gauge adjustable stainless steel undershelf can be positioned exactly where you need storage.
- 1 inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet keep the table level on uneven floors.
- The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration for lower freight costs and assembles quickly.

- The drawers extend all the way out and are made of stainless steel. Some drawers have a lock.

Features:
- Clean the maple top by using a mild soap and warm water, then dry it immediately.
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the wood monthly to keep it hydrated. Seal the wood with Board Cream.
- Use non-chloride stainless steel cleaners on the base and shelf. Avoid using abrasive pads and bleach.
- Wipe up spills promptly to prevent staining or corrosion.
