This 108-inch wide by 30-inch deep table features a 2.25-inch thick, edge-grain top made from durable Hard Rock Maple. The all-stainless steel base provides a sturdy, sanitary, and stylish foundation for your kitchen, bakery, or fabrication workspace. Customize your table further with optional drawers, casters, overshelves, or pot racks.

Maple Top Care:
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the surface monthly, or whenever it appears dry.
- Clean the surface using mild dish soap and warm water, then dry it immediately.
- Avoid leaving liquids on the surface for extended periods and exposure to excessive heat.
Stainless Base Care:
- Use non-chloride cleaners and a soft cloth when cleaning. Always wipe in the direction of the metal's grain.
- Avoid using steel wool, wire brushes, or bleach, as these can damage the protective layer on the stainless steel.
- Periodically polish the surface with a food-safe stainless steel cleaner to maintain the satin shine.
