Metro C533-HLFS-U-GYA C5 Insulation Armour heated holding cabinet keeps food at safe serving temperatures up to 200°F. The mobile, under-counter design features Gray Insulation Armour, universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable spacing, and capacity for (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" pans. Constructed with durable aluminum, it has a removable bottom control module, 3" casters (2 locking), and is 120V/1400W powered. The cabinet is cULus and NSF listed, making it ideal for restaurants, catering, and high-volume kitchens.
