Product Description
The Metro C5E9-CFC-U C5 heated proofing cabinet is designed to deliver reliable proofing and holding capabilities for busy commercial kitchens. Its mobile, full-height design features a clear polycarbonate door and bottom-mounted controls, providing a temperature range of 80-190°F. The cabinet accommodates a variety of pan sizes, including (12) 18" x 26" or (24) 12" x 20" pans, with its universal adjustable wire slides. Constructed with rugged aluminum and equipped with 5" casters (2 locking), the cabinet is built for commercial use and backed by Metro's quality standards. It is NSF and cULus certified, and powered by 120V/2000W.
