This roll-in refrigerator/proofer rack features a universal, open frame design for use in refrigeration and proofing applications. Standing 64"H, it is built entirely of welded aluminum and is made in the USA.
Pan Capacity and Slide Design
Wide angle slides hold (11) 18" x 26" pans. The slides are spaced on approximately 5" centers. The rack is end loading.
Construction
All welded aluminum construction gives the rack a durable build. The open frame design is universal.
Mobility
The rack rolls on (4) 5" platform casters. Two are swivel casters, and two are swivel casters with brakes.
