Cooking Performance

The Shuttle® 1200 features dual 14-3/5" x 17" shuttle zones and a 17" cook chamber. FlexTemp dynamic temperature management and smart voltage sensor technology are built into the oven's design.

Controls and Technology

Two touch screen displays provide control of the oven. Built-in self-diagnostics help monitor the unit, and USB menu upload allows menus to be loaded onto the oven.

Construction and Design

The oven has a cool to touch 430 stainless steel exterior and a 304 stainless steel interior. It sits on 4" adjustable legs.
