Product Overview

This Quick Ship double stack set includes two (2) iCombi Pro® 6-Full Size Combi Ovens (CC1ERRA.0016162). Both units are electric. Each oven holds twelve (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty-four (24) 12" x 20" steam pans, or twelve (12) 2/1 GN pans. Six (6) stainless steel grids are included.

Intelligent Cooking System

The intelligent cooking system has four (4) assistants:

  • iCareSystem AutoDose

Operating Modes and Cooking Methods

Each oven has six (6) operating modes, five (5) cooking methods, and three (3) manual operating modes. The temperature range is 85° to 572°F.
