Cooking Performance

The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate gives you a generous 18" W x 21-1/2" D cooking surface. The unit is powered by gas and rated at 36,000 BTU. A thermostat control lets you manage the cooking temperature. A 3" grease trough is included for grease management.

Construction and Design

The stainless steel front and sides and the all welded frame make this griddle sturdy. The 4" chrome adjustable legs raise the unit and let you adjust it for your countertop setup.
